All our rooms are of the same high standard and charged at the same rate.We have four double rooms .
The Abbots House does not accommodate children
Bed and Breakfast
£280 per room for 2 nights (inc. VAT)
From Sunday to Thursday we offer 1 Night @ £160 per room (not in July, August, September and October)
Sometimes we have a room available for 1 night on a Friday or Saturday and mid-week in the peak season. Please check our Late Availability page
We have a minimum 3 night stay over Bank Holidays
3-4 nights £130 per room per night
5-6 nights £120 per room per night
7 nights £110 per room per night
These rates include breakfast.
CHECK-IN TIME IS FROM 4PM to 10PM (Please can you let us know your approximate time of arrival)
CHECK-OUT BY 11AM
Dinner
Dinner is available in our restaurant from Tuesday to Saturday.
If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know when booking.
From Tuesday to Thursday we offer our mid-week Menu.

Deposit
To secure a booking we ask for a non-returnable deposit of £50 per room. We can accept payment over the phone using a debit/credit card or you can fax (01297 561692) the card details (number, start and finish date, last 3 digits of security code) and your address.
Payment
We accept cash and most major credit & debit cards.
Cancellation
We are aware that sometimes our guests, for various reasons, need to cancel a booking. We highly recommend Holiday Insurance, which is inexpensive and protects you should circumstances mean you are unable to enjoy your booking. You can cancel your booking up to 28 days before your arrival date. Your deposit is non-refundable . If you cancel within 28 days of your arrival you are liable for 50% of the full cost of your room if we cannot re-let it. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival you will be liable for the full cost of the room if we cannot re-let it.
Smoking
Please note our hotel is strictly non-smoking throughout.
Dogs
The Abbots House is unable to accommodate dogs or other pets
Access
Our restaurant, lounge,reception area and garden room are level with the street and are easily reached through our front entrance. Our downstairs washroom is up three steps from our reception area. Our four bedrooms are all situated on the first floor.
